I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because they sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. What’s worse, it's been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved, despite multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails. I just want this nightmare to end and ensure no one else goes through this.

Customer: I need help immediately. Your company sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, and they are causing me severe dizziness and nausea. I can't even wear them. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this concerning issue. That sounds incredibly frustrating and uncomfortable. Can you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you right away? Customer: My order number is [Customer provides order number]. I've tried reaching someone, anyone, through chat, phone, and email for days, and I just keep getting nowhere. I need this fixed. CS Rep: I understand completely, and I sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've experienced reaching us and for the incorrect glasses. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We will certainly correct this for you. I'm initiating a return and replacement order right now, with expedited shipping. Customer: So, you're actually going to fix this, and I won't have to jump through hoops again? I can't afford to be without proper glasses. CS Rep: Absolutely. We'll send you a prepaid return label for the incorrect pair, and the new ones will be prioritized. I'll personally monitor this replacement to ensure it goes smoothly for you.
