Wrong Prescription, Zero Support: My Nightmare Experience 😡
I'm writing this as a warning to others about my awful experience. I needed a simple pair of prescription safety glasses for my job, but the company's incompetence put my health at risk. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. After multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails, I finally got through to someone, still fuming. This whole ordeal has been a nightmare, and I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars.
Customer: I finally reached a human. You sent me the wrong prescription glasses, and they're making me physically sick. I've been trying to contact you for days. This is unacceptable.
CS Rep: I'm incredibly sorry to hear about the error with your prescription and the discomfort it has caused you. I also want to sincerely apologize for the difficulty you've had reaching our team. Could I please have your order number to correct this for you right away?
Customer: It's [Order Number]. I can't believe it's been this difficult. I need this resolved now. I can't work like this.
