I’m writing this to warn other potential shoppers about my recent, terrible experience. My hope is that you can avoid the frustration I went through. I had a coupon for 45% off, and the website showed it was applied right up until the final click. After I hit "confirm purchase," my receipt showed the full price. When I contacted customer service, they initially assumed I never put the coupon code in. It felt like they were assuming customers are lying, which is not good for business. To make matters worse, after I proved my case, they cancelled my order that I paid an extra $19 for 2-day shipping on, which caused a further delay. This whole ordeal forced me to contact support and share my story.

Customer: My 45% off coupon disappeared at the final payment step, and I was charged the full amount. Now I see my order, which I paid $19 for express shipping on, has been cancelled. What is going on?
