"Delivered" But Never Arrived: A Customer Service Nightmare ðŸ˜
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this company after my terrible online shopping experience. My order status showed as “delivered,” but no package ever arrived. My attempts to get help were ignored, and my frustration grew into this conclusion: this company is absolutely terrible to work with. An order of mine says it was “delivered,”but no package was ever delivered to my house. I have attempted to reach a customer service representative on more than 3 attempts via email and the chat feature, and all I receive are emails saying “this email is not actively monitored”… And there is no option to talk to a human through their phone number. I am out a substantial amount of money, and the company doesn’t even care that my prescription product is lost. I felt I had to keep trying to contact them to get this resolved.
Customer: It's taken weeks to finally speak to a real person. My order says it was delivered, but I never received it. Your automated emails are a dead end and I'm out a lot of money.
CS Rep: I am so sorry for the unacceptable delay and for the immense frustration this has caused you. That is not the standard of service we want for our customers. Could you please provide me with your order number so I can investigate this immediately?
Customer: The order number is 45218. Honestly, I'm past investigating. I've been ignored and I feel like my money was stolen. I either need a new pair of glasses shipped overnight or a full refund right now.
