Trapped in an AI Loop: My Glasses Never Arrived 😤


I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this online glasses company. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I feel it's my duty to share it. If you don’t need customer service and you want an AI to handle your calls then this is for you. This is second pair of glasses I have ordered and although I gave them a second chance their service is terrible. Don’t waste your time with them! After battling their AI system and finally getting my order placed, it never even arrived due to a supposed "shipping problem," and of course, no one ever followed up. My frustration boiled over, and I had no choice but to try and contact customer service yet again to find out what was going on.

Customer: I finally got through to a person. My tracking says "insufficient address" since the 15th and that I would be contacted. It's been days and no one has called me. Where is my order?

CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delivery issue and the lack of communication. I can certainly understand your frustration. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can investigate this for you?

Customer: It's the same order I've been fighting with your AI about for weeks. I was told someone would follow up. This is unacceptable. My time is valuable and I've wasted so much of it trying to track down my order.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the poor experience and the time this has taken. I see the tracking alert now. It seems there was an error with the shipping label. I can process a reshipment for you right away with expedited shipping.

Customer: Fine. Just get it done. I have no confidence this will work, but what other choice do I have? This has been a terrible experience.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
